چکیده
Radioulnar synostosis is a rare pathological fusion of the tow forearm bones, when seen in pediatric must differentiate between congenital Synostosis versus post traumatic synostosis, radioulnar uncommon especially if it was closed fracture and treated conservatively. We describe 5 year old girl who presented with 1 following radial head subluxation, full pronation limitation supination compensated for shoulder abduction, patient missed her appointment showed at age 11 increase supination. suggest that clinicians should be aware this potential treating patients neck fractures associated elbow injuries. It advisable to conduct more frequent follow-up examinations using radiography assess range motion promptly identify any signs proximal synostosis.

Traumatic Isolated Radial Head Dislocation in Children: A Case Report
The isolated dislocation of the radial head is frequently described in the lesion of MONTEGGIA. However it can be a rare isolated pattern of injury in children. Only 81 cases were reported in the literature to our knowledge. The case we report concerns a 13 years old boy, examined 8 days after injury. Because of failure of manual reduction, we performed a surgical management with excellent resu...
متن کاملBilateral Radial Head Fracture: A Case Report
Isolated radial head fracture constitutes about 20% of all acute elbow injuries. Bilateral fracture of radial head is a rare entity. We report a case of bilateral symmetrical Mason type I radial head fracture. Patient was treated non-operatively, the MEPS being excellent on both sides at 12 weeks. The patient was followed up for one year.

UNLABELLED Dislocation of the head of the radius may be either congenital, an isolated injury or more commonly part of a complex injury to the elbow such as the Monteggia fracturedislocation. Isolated traumatic radial head dislocation without associated injuries in children is a rare and easily missed condition. We report such a case in a 7-year-old boy without any associated injuries or co-mor...

Radial head excision has always been a safe commonly used surgical procedure with a satisfactory clinical outcome for isolated comminuted radial head fractures. However, diagnosis of elbow instability is still very challenging and often underestimated in routine orthopaedic evaluation. We present the case of a 21-years old female treated with excision after radial head fracture, resulting in el...
